Proven track record in financial management, governance, risk management, and driving business transformation, across various senior leadership roles in the Skipton Group, and in the Retail Division of RBS.
Skilled in strategic planning, regulatory oversight, and fostering high-performing cultures, with a reputation for delivering sustainable growth, developing high performing teams and exceptional stakeholder engagement.
Currently chairs a mental health charity, and works as a NED/Advisor with a number of innovative startup businesses.
